What happens after you message us

Nothing automated, and no sales sequence. A person reads your message and replies, usually the same working day. The first thing we want to understand is how you trade today: what you sell, how you bill, whether customers buy on credit, how many branches and counters you run, and what currently takes the most time.

From that we arrange a demo using the kind of products and workflow you actually deal with, rather than a generic sample company. You will see the billing screen, the stock position and the reports you would look at each morning. If something you need is not there, we will say so plainly instead of promising it.

After the demo you get a written quotation covering the plan, the setup work, data migration and training, with anything outside the standard scope priced separately so there are no surprises later. There is no obligation at any point, and we will tell you if Distribook is not the right fit for your business.

Where we work

We are based in Jaffna and provide on-site installation, hardware setup and staff training across the Northern Province — including Chavakachcheri, Point Pedro, Chunnakam, Manipay, Kilinochchi and Vavuniya. Elsewhere in Sri Lanka, setup, migration and training are delivered remotely, with on-site visits arranged where a project needs them.

For international clients — particularly e-commerce projects — everything is handled remotely over WhatsApp, email and video calls, with written scope and milestone check-ins. We already run production systems for customers outside Sri Lanka, including Australia, so the working pattern is well established.
